How to overcome a fear of lung cancer?

I am 15 and like my chest has been bothering me and  Ive been having plenty of gas and burping , heart beating fast , well I did have alil pain under my breast and feeling like I wanna throw oh and also coughing outta nowhere and feeling a liitle pain on the rightside . I also think this could be because of the second hand smoke , which I think I inhale and now i have a fear I might have any kind of cancer well basically lung cancer and Im a non smoking person also  . Yes Ive had chest pain before but this feels different. Someone please just help Im over thinking Im dying . Thank you so much

you do not have lung cancer. You could have a digestive issue like acid reflux from something you ate, and the fast heartbeat is probably the anxiety about your what is actually a stomach problem, which by the way is made worse by stress.

Hardly any of the things 13-18 year olds come on here and worry about are remotely possible at their age, if that's any reassurance to you. The things that are possible at their age that are the most common can be tested for inexpensively.... stomach problems, hyper/hypothyroidism..

Well I have had some problems back when I was younger, I thought I had breast cancer. I was like 14 years old. I thought I felt a lump but it turned out to be normal, plus its not at all common for me to have breast cancer at the age. Lung cancer is more common in older adults. It is rare in people under age 45. I found this online for you, so the chance that you have lung cancer is like very rare, plus its awesome that you dont smoke. Dont ever start, as unfortunately I do. Hope that helps some. Good luck.
