I am not happy

Good day All, In the recent months past i have been having panic/anxiety attacks with my heart beating so fast, so i decided to go check do an ECG, which came out good. I decided i will take supplements to help out with the Panic/Anxiety/OCD. Recently, instead of me to be happier as a result of the birth of my daughter, I seem to always have irrational thoughts and feel bad thinking i did stupid things i know i didnt do.The worst part of it is that i cant get these rubbish thoughts out of my mind as my mind keeps dueling on it. Please i need help.

I'm sorry you're struggling so much, especially just having a new precious baby girl :(  I think you should talk to your Dr and make sure it's not PPD on top of whatever else you're struggling with, Panic attacks, etc. Please let your Dr in on whats going on, especially if you're having irrational thoughts. Congratulations on your baby girl, this is such a special time in your life get help so you can enjoy it to the fullest. You're so blessed, I wish my kids were babies again, it goes by so fast. Wish you the best in life. <3

Are you seeing a psychologist who specializes in anxiety therapy?  If not, why not?  You say you have OCD -- do you, or are you self-diagnosing?  And what supplements are you referring to?

I have not seen a psychologist yet, As for the OCD, i self-diagnosed because all the symptoms tend to be what i read on google. as fpr the supplements i ordered omega 3 fish oil,Magnesium capsules,Vitamin D3,Vitamin B Complex, 5HTP, L-Theanine. Please evaluate...
Nothing wrong with the supplements as long as you know how to use them and they are in the right form (this would apply mainly to the B complex and the magnesium).  You also don't say which brands you're using -- ordering over the internet if you're ordering from direct marketing firms usually means poor quality supplements.  But that aside, you cannot diagnose yourself from googling, but you can drive yourself nuts thinking you have things you probably don't, such as OCD.  The biggest question is, if you're suffering from anxiety, why haven't you started seeing a psychologist who can diagnose you?
Also, did this start when you were pregnant or right after delivery?  If so, it's probably a hormonal condition.
I bought Viva Naturals Omega 3 Fish Oil Supplement, Viva Naturals High Potency Vitamin D3 5000 IU in Organic Coconut Oil for Enhanced Absorption, Life Extension Magnesium Vegetarian Capsules, 500 mg,
Country Life Coenzyme B Complex, BioScience Nutrition 5-HTP 200 mg Supplement, SYM Nutrition L-Theanine 200mg,all fro amazon. I am yet to receive them, the magnesium is one 500mg caps daily,as for the b complex it's one capsule three times daily, It started without pregnancy, thank you for sharing my pains and troubles with me. I am just on the edge Paxiled. I am crying and praying to God to heal me. #Sobs#
I wouldn't personally buy supplements on Amazon.  First of all, you can get them a lot cheaper by buying from supplement stores on the internet.  But if you don't know your supplements, the best way to start is by reading, which it sounds like you've already done to some extent, and then go to the best health food store in your area -- if there's still a good one there and they haven't all been chased out of business by Whole Foods and Whole Foods clones (avoid stores like GNC at all costs).  As for what you've chosen to start with, you don't need that much Vitamin D.  You only need 1000 IU.  You don't need it in coconut oil -- you're supposed to take it with food that has fat in it, that's all you need for absorption.  I don't know the Viva brand, but adding coconut oil to it bothers me -- coconut oil is a huge fad right now but it's just a highly saturated fat oil and has no qualities you can't get from healthier foods.  Again, you don't need it to absorb your D and you don't need that much.  Omega 3 I would buy Nordic Naturals, because we know where they're sourcing their fish from and it's a pretty clean source.  This VIVA company sounds like a fad or internet marketer to me, I've never heard of it (I managed health food stores for 18 years so this is kind of my wheelhouse).  Life Extension makes good products, but they're very expensive and you don't need expensive magnesium, you just need the best forms of it for best absorption.  Citrate is a good form.  The fish oil and the magnesium, like the D, should be taken with a meal, with one exception -- when people take magnesium for sleep help or for muscle cramps, sometimes it works best when taken before bed even though it's usually best taken with food.  Odd, but true.  The Vitamin B complex you want is a Stress B complex, it will focus more on the ones that most affect mood.  Pioneer and Bluebonnet make good ones and are very reliable companies. Theanine is a popular one that I never had anyone have success with, including me.  Maybe you will.  The most important one, however, for your needs is the 5-HTP.  I don't know that company so I can't comment.  It's the natural metabolite of tryptophan and works the most like an antidepressant.  But before I started taking anything, I'd consult a book called Natural Highs by Hyla Cass, a psychiatrist who teaches at UCLA.  It will give you an overview.  You can also go see a naturopath who can guide you.  The usual way to use natural medicine is as follows:  you first do talk therapy, you exercise, you learn relaxation techniques such as meditation, yoga, breathing exercises etc., you change how you eat to eliminate stressors from your diet, and you take a combination of remedies.  What you're missing is a good GABA-targeting remedy, which is what benzos do.  There are a ton of them in the natural world, but the one they say is the best systemically is passionflower.  Taurine, a pseudo-amino acid, can help as well, as along with B-6 is what the body uses to manufacture GABA.  Taking GABA doesn't usually work, as it usually does not cross the blood/brain barrier.  5-HTP is what the body uses to manufacture serotonin, which in turn manufactures melatonin.  You see how complicated this can be without a lot of homework?  Good luck to you, and happy learning.  If one thing doesn't work, try something else.  Peace.
Oh, and if you're breastfeeding, don't take any of the above supplements!
I should have added, without checking first with a health professional.
Thanks a million for taking time out to analyse all. Though it's abit complicated I will take time to follow your instructions. I am not breast feeding so that's a plus. Please I will appreciate if i can email you from time to time to guide me. I pray I get back to my very best. I am truly grateful
