I think I may be suffering from lung cancer and I'm only 18 help?

I'm 18 but never smoked in my life. However about 2 years now I have been suffering from shortness of breath ( constantly feeling to take deep breaths because I don't feel I get enough air and sometimes yawning when I breathe through nose due to lack of oxygen which is a brain response I heard) just recently I have been having chest pain both in my right and my shoulder/ neck area sometimes when I inhale. The shoulder may be a fracture because it cracks a lot but it also could be related to a respiratory issue I'm not sure. And short headaches on the right side of my head for awhile now they come and go but for the past week have been persistent. I'm afraid all along I have been suffering from lung cancer and now it has spread to head, and other parts of my body because I feel short sharp bone pain either in knee, left arm and right which honestly could be just my anxiety that creates these symptoms but still I feel scared because I have convinced myself that it is cancer with all the symptoms. I hope it's not cancer but what else can it be any help ? By the way the chest pain is sharp and mostly happen on right less common on the left but those are just like 10 second pains throughout the day. However chest pain a week ago was much longer and i felt a pressure and burning sensation. First my neck felt swollen then it transitioned to my chest

I forgot to to mention I have a untreated root canal for like 2 years now. I know that's bad but I waited this long because i haven't felt any pain on my tooth. Maybe this could be a factor to my issue

I don't quite understand what an untreated root canal is.  A root canal is a surgical procedure -- either you've gotten one or you haven't.  If you're saying you were diagnosed as having a dead nerve that required a root canal but didn't get one, that's odd to me as well because I've had a lot of root canals and when you need one you'll do anything to get one.  The pain is intense.  The only time this isn't true is when you have a cracked tooth that needs a root canal because it can't be fixed with just a crown, and then you get a crown put on it.  But whatever you actually have going on, why would you think a bunch of people of the internet are going to be of any help?  You need to see a doctor if you're having all those symptoms -- I mean, you're definitely not describing anything that even remotely resembles lung cancer, but you are describing discomfort that isn't going anywhere.  Anxiety can cause you to obsess over things you might not notice otherwise, but anxious people get all the same problems everyone else does.  If you think you've got a shoulder problem, it's not going anywhere if you don't find out if you do have one.  It could be a little physical therapy will do the trick if that's the case.  And if you need a root canal, you either get it or get the tooth pulled -- if it's infected, that infection can spread to adjacent teeth.  I get your avoidance -- I do it too because the stress of getting things taken care of often feels worse than the problem, but the problems aren't going anywhere if you don't fix them.  I also hope you're seeing a therapist to try to fix this anxiety problem and, given it's gotten to the point you're neglecting your health over it, you might be a person who needs medication.  A therapist can help you make that decision.  Good luck.

I just wanted somebody's opinion on wether my symptoms indicate a lung cancer. I am going to the doctor soon but the shortness of breath issue isn't anxiety along with my shoulder I truly believe something's wrong with my respiration. I never experienced any sort of pain but my dentist told me I needed a root canal that I haven't got but I will have to prettt soon aswell.
