Im freaking out NETI POT!
Okay it wasnt a netipot it was a plastic containter with a nasal tube thing and i cleaned it with oup and tap water and let it dry a little and then used poland spring water and im freaking out right now i didnt even boil the water

Like Paxiled said, the nasal cavity is not a sterile environment, so you didn't do anything to harm yourself in any way.

Don't quite understand what you're freaking out about. Purified water is tap water, which is what most people use in their neti pots with pure salt. Your nose isn't a sterile environment, but either Poland water or purified water or tap water meets the standards for drinking water, so what is it you're freaked out about? The water is just the vehicle to get the salt or a mixture of salt and iodine in there, so again, don't know why you're upset over this.
