Question i have bad anxiety fear of losing my boyfriend its worse when I wake up i gotta force myself out of bed anymore i think about him often and miss him like crazy he has been wishy washy about us to where i don't know from one day to the next if he going to break up or not its driving me nuts and i feel sick can't think of life without him that's scares me so how do I control my anxiety
How old are you? I'm assuming you're young, and the question you need to ask yourself is why you're feeling so insecure that another person has so much importance to how you function every day. Do you have a therapist?
