Infected or Anxiety?

Hi, I am male and have a Gonorhea. I had a relationship with a gay. I was tested three times 28, 34 ( me and the partner ) , 53 days post the last exposure and all results came negative. The test called combo HIV 1\2 Ab \ p24 Antigen Ab. After 27 days I had diarrhea, dry mouth and felt tired for 2 weeks. I went to a doctor and he said these symptoms of a spoiled food and it`ll go by it-selves and that was true. After about 40 days I had sore throat, ears pain, running nose and dry mouth. All of the symptoms disappeared except the dry mouth.

Now,
- I am questioning the accuracy of the test.
- Thinking HIV would develop in me because of the homosexuality.
- Has any doctor noticed such a case where HIV came out of nowhere?

Please, I need a doctor to clarify me questions.
I wrote such questions in Hiv-international, but no doctor answered my questions and some comments points that its not true and I am just over exaggerating.

*Could anyone clarifies my confusions or comforts me cos I am really tired.

Im not a doctor but from what i can gather HIV testing is the most advanced and accurate testing in the testing industry. Although no test can be 100% its very close! i believe its 99.98% but I'm sure a doctor will correct me if I'm wrong.

Sexuality has nothing to do with development weather your male female or a  animal. HIV can not just "develop" your partner must be infected in order for you obtain it. Otherwise everyone would just "develop" HIV.

HIV test can now pick up infection 4 weeks after exposure so a 4-6 week test is a good indicator of your status. Repeat testing should be done just to confirm a negative.

If I'm wrong a doctor will correct me, all the information i state is only information i have read from official websites not forums or blogs ect.

Regards

Otter
