yes its normal..i have them alot..1 am felt as if my heart was beating against my ribs
ive woke up many timeswith them, go to bed wih them take them everywhere i go lol. i have had them 10 weeks straight and over 3000 a day on the heart monitor. but i lived to tell about it and you will to, they are harmless but so so scarey hate your going throught that. dont do what i did for years . get home bound, scared to go anywhere . get them under control, go out even when your having them or they will take over,. dont let them. if you have had a good heart check-up and dr says your ok than try to move on. wishing you all the luck here if you need to talk
ps... it is always worth a trip to the doc's/ A n E to make sure your fit and well, this will help to put your mind at ease.
Could you of had a bad dream? Maybe even though you came out of REM sleep you were still feeling the emotions of it and woke feeling panicky, we don't automatically remember our dreams, it is normally only if we wake during one that we remember them.
The breathing exercise in the last post will help calm your panicky feelings down.
sounds like you've had a panic attack, these can sometimes occur unexpectedly, you can argue with someone then not get a panic attack for weeks, just ask your doctor if you think something is wrong to put you at rest im sure there isnt
I never get then at night in bed. But I do get then. Their scary
Yes they put me in the ER hate them..get em daily
