Anxiety and Burning Sensations

I was diagnosed with anxiety after having my daughter, the doctor said it would probably take up to a year but that I would return to normal...three years later this has yet to happen.. Lately I started having tingling in my legs, then after reading the symptoms for MS I began to have burning sensations on the back of my legs and on my face. Is this anxiety related? We no longer have health insurance so I cannot just run to the doctor everytime I get one of these ideas.. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Since you didnt get the burning sensations until after you read about it,it could be because youre anxious its a subconsious thing and not real.

I hear you. I have always been a worrier but after my son was born it went into full bloom. Every little thing was a death sentence. Tooth ache= abscess and would kill me. Every pain- some sort of tumor that would be cancerous. I am making myself crazy.

I was told I had a UTI and thought I had it for awhile. So I thought I felt an ache in myside which would be it went to my kidney. I swore I had a kidney infection. I was in bad pain. It got worse and I was about to go the er but tried to hold out until my urology appointment. I did and it ended up I didn't even have an infection at all.

I am obviously not a doctor but so far in my experience the brain is a very powerful thing and I think something I can physically feel it.

Are you being treated for your anxiety?
