Is this anxiety or something else?

I've been getting headaches almost daily for the last 3 months. It is pressure and throbbing near the front of the head, sometimes accompained by a feeling of fullness in my face and pain in my ears. I've also felt a lot of fatigue and have been getting anxiety attacks. I'm wondering if the headaches/fatigue are related to the anxiety, or if all these things are being caused by some medical problem?

Thanks everyone! I think I'll try and see a doctor this weekend, before the therapy appointment.

Go see a doctor -- always eliminate physiological causes before assuming it's something else.  This sounds like it could be thyroid or iron related as well.  You must always eliminate all possible physiological causes or else you're chasing your tail.  Good luck.

I have an appointment with a therapist in about two weeks, but I was trying to decide whether to see a regular doctor as well.

I would have to agree...why not get it checked out by your doctor?  Anxiety and stress can cause all sorts of physical symptoms in my opinion.  Have you been experiencing anxiety or under a lot of stress for the past 3 months?   Have you had experiences with anxiety in the past?   For me, whenever I am stressed out due to a myriad of factors, one of my first things I experience is a headache.  I also tend to have allergies at certain times of the year which can wreak havoc on my sinuses which translates into many various symptoms, but one can try to find the cause through a quick visit with the doc in my experience.  Keep us posted!

Anxiety and depression can cause head aches. They are like tension headaches and I used to suffer with them a lot. Not only that but hormones can play a huge role as well. When I had migraines a lot, I was taking motrin almost everyday along with my perscription for the migraine(s).  Then finally, I came off birth control pills, got an IUD, got my anxiety treated with medications and am now much much better.

It could also be something like allergies or your sinuses. You REALLY need to talk to your primary care doctor, they will weed throught these things to get to the root cause so the head aches stop. It could even be something as simple as needing glasses.
