Is this symptoms of anxiety or im dying ??

Hello ive been in alot of stress , i thought i had hiv wich i didnt

And now there is a virus in my country called corona its similar to ebola only 800 people of 24 milions caught it for the past 2 years

..im now having shortness of breath and lower back pain but its rlly weird i think its kidney pain i dont know

I have alot of anxiety attacks like allloot


Like 2 months ago i was reading about heart attacks and i thought i had it

Then i got the same feelings now wich is shortness in breath and rlly fast heart beats and i wake up every 3 hours when i sleep and get anxious for no reaason



Im scared of the shortness of breath atm and lower back pain

Are they anxiety related ?


Btw the virus in my country is always associated with fever ..shortness of breath is less comon

And i had no fever or flu


Can u guys help me im having panic attacks i feel like imp have this disease and im going to die

I cant sleep and this shortness of breath  from my nose  comes and goes  also the lowr back pain

-.- people get the flu all the time. You havnt done anything you are over reacting... seriously you need to chill out.... people find it harder to breath through nose if their sinuses are irritated which isnt exactly uncommon with the flu

I just called the health ministry in my country  they have special number for this virus

They asked me if someone i know had flu like symptoms .. I said yes my dad two weeks ago then he did put me on hold and then he told me to relax and ure did shouldve got checked back then by a doctor then the call ended

1 mins later a number called and i answered ..no one is talking for 10 sec

Then i checked the number in numberbook .. It was from the health ministry and disease control

I think they tracked me and they going to get my dad

Omg what ive done !!! My heart is beating so fast now and short breath

What should i do my dad is in another city now

Anxiety. If you were having a heart attack you would be dead by now simple...

Your worrying over this illness in your country will be making you anxious and having these symptoms. You just need to relax.

800 people out of 24 MILLION in 2 years caught it? Thats an incredibly rare disease. Nothing to worry about :)

And i when i thought i was having a heart attack 3 months ago ..i  called ambulance twice .. Hospital said i have nothing and they did all blood tests
