Left side chest pain

For well over a month now I have been having pain in my left breast area it goes from constant pretty much all day to non existant.. then at time it's a sharp stabbing pain out of no where for like a second then there is a dull pain a few minutes after that lingers does anyone else experience this or something like it. And is it just severe anxiety or something else.. I have had kegs and what not and everything is fine I just have high cholesterol and need more exersice but that's hard because my anxiety is so bad I don't want to get up and move I just want to sit or lay all day long and I have these chest pains...

You didn't happen to tweak something doing some activity just before this started, did you?  Because what you describe sounds more like muscle pain than anything heart related.

Not that I know of it started back up after coming back from a camping trip before that I hadn't had the chest pain in like 4 months
You can get an injury and not notice it at the time, or it could just be tensing up too much in fear. The fact it is not persistent means it will go away sometime soon.

Actually you would be better off fighting the anxiety by getting up and being active because exercise can give a person a mental high for a while after or at least break the anxiety for a  period especially if you enjoy the activity.

Since the EKG says no problem, then it is anxiety making you tense up and over-analyze your body in fear which makes it all gt worse the more you start noticing the ouches.
The fact they are intermittent means it is just mental, so perhaps you can dwell on that and relax.

Some days it is constant and don't go away or it's on and off mostly a dull pain in the chest anymore I just feel plain old sick all the time... nausea and don't even feel like eating... today it's even worse like I almost want to go to the ER but then again I don't want to its just a vicious cycle....
You already got a diagnosis, so it is just your nerves making you sweat and tense up then start noticing every little thing because you think it means something. The more you focus on it the more you notice and the more you get scared which makes your heat race.
Another trip to ER will get you the same diagnosis that nothing is wrong. Since it is not constant then it is just your mental state causing it because a real heart problem would not go away for a minute.
If you can find a way to relax it will disappear. Have you gone to therapy?
