Hello, I was wondering if anyone here deals with lower back pain due to anxiety? Ive been feeling throbbing pains in the lower back on the right for a couple days on and off. Went to the hospital today, took a urine test and they said it looked fine, said it might have a bit of trace of blood in it so were gonna send it to the lab to check for any infections. But for my past, I started with about 3 panic attacks all durin the nite 3 nites in a row last february a couple weeks after my dog passed. Never thought that would cause me to have panic attakcs but supposedly its possible. Anyways after those I was fine till about nov, when i was layin on the couch watchin tv and i had a sharp pain in my chest. That created some chest discomfort for awhile, so eventually ended up goin to the ER in late Dec to get looked at. Did some blood tests and EKG everything was normal except by red blood cell level was high, but then I did another blood test few days later and it was normal so they said was probably due to dehydration. I made an appt with the family doc he labelled it as anxiety didnt prescribe any meds tho. Well things started to get better but then about month n half ago i started getting chest pains again. Then last week my neck muscles were sore, then I noticed after playing some basketball with my brother, it felt like my heart was skipping a beat. Been causing anxiety since I noticed that, so I made an appt with my family doc last thursday couldnt get in till this thursday the 10th though. Then on saturday I strated feeling lower back pain. Doctor said it was lower then the kidneys so was probably just muscle strain today at the hospital. However when I got home I start feelin little pains higher up, is this my brain playing tricks on me? Im going to the doc thursday so he should have the urine test results back by then.
