Has anybody ordered her program. If so, how was it? Did it really help you to overcome your issues with anxiety? I was on her website and it looked pretty helpful but its very expensive. I just want to know if anyone out there has actually tried it and if it did help.
I bought the program but cant seem to get the time to follow it. :( I wanna rid myself of my anxiety so bad too. I needta get my butt in shape and just force myself to stick to it!
Yes i have tryed her tapes and it did help ...its worth the money...get them hunny
program is awesome, honestly whats 500 bucks if you are having the type of anxitey that is ruining your life its work every penny

There is a book that she wrote, I just read it. Its called "From Panic to Power". Its good - addresses alot of the ways to calm anxieties. She was probably worse than any of us and has conquered her fears. I hear the program is good also, but its $500.00 - why don't you see if anyone is selling it on Ebay?
