Medication recommendation?

Is there a wide spectrum medication that will cover my anxiety, depression, and add?
I've tried Zoloft it didn't work and I'm currently on celexa which makes me extremely tired all the time.
Any recommendations?

The ssris and trycyclics are the best if anxiety is your main problem, while a lot of other options opens up if depression is your main problem.  It's very possible you'll get used to the Celexa if you've only been on it a short time.  However, with ADD, that's a very different condition, and the drugs that treat it aren't great for anxiety since they're usually speed.  The good news is, you probably don't actually have ADD, it's way overdiagnosed, but if you really do have it then no, one drug doesn't fit all.  Are you in therapy to see if you can't find a solution to it?
