Moooore symptoms

Aside from my everyday constant worrying about my health. I'd like to share my current symptoms (vary every so often). Suffer from medical/health anxiety.
Currently I'm getting my usual palpitations, racing heart which I've gotten checked out a million times. The new thing is constant muscle twitching and slight vibrating in my legs, back, arms, everywhere but mostly in my legs (calf and thigh). Of course that brings on the worry of MS or some kind of neuro thing. Also, I've been feeling dizzy and a bit off balance (for about a week now). Can anybody tell me if they've experienced these symptoms. I'm sure you have but you know misery loves company and it always helps to hear other experiences.  Thanx.

Sounds like classic anxiety symptoms. I've gotten all of those, also I got a faintness feeling, tightning of the throat as if there was something stuck in there. Neck tightening, derealisation, chest tightening and a long list of others. Anxiety is a pain because it make me think of things I never even knew where out there.
Good luck to you

I have health anxiety also.  I have the palps, but not so much the racing heart as I do the skipped beats.  So I am obsessed with my heart and have been checked out lots.

I get muscle twitches ALL the time, and the make me worry too.  At one point I went to my PCP becaue I thought I may have blood clots in my leg.  So she knew she had to send me for the scan because of highly anxious I am.  Needless to say they found nothing.

It's really a tough road, I really do understand.  I do have some valid health conceerns, GERD, gallstones......and now I found out I have to take antibiotics for an infection.  I am so mad about that because the thought of mixing meds scares me pretty badly.

Anyway, I wanted you to know that you are not alone.  How long have you suffered from anxiety?

Sounds like the typical anxiety symptoms to me. including the dizziness.

"joking here" ...Of course! lol :O)

I remember going through all of what you are doing. Checked out for a # of health problems. my doctor said "stop It" lol

I ran to the ER, for every little thing that "it could be"

It all boiled down to anxiety...period. I had to accept this, and stop running to find more problems.

Today i have accepted this. I do what i can to help myself. i also bring in the positive the best I can.

Misery loves company, however if you stay there, so will your misery.

So i say to you..."stop it" lol..accept and trust. You will be fine. I am sure you have noticed that your symptoms wax and ween...or come and go.

I have no MS..No real colon problem..etc. :O)

Best to you
