My Father

My Father told me this morning that he kept waking up all night last night, and that Bad Dreams kept waking him up. He told me this morning that he's afraid to go to Sleep now. He say's that he remembers bits and pieces. He looked scared this morning and I will call his Doctor today. I'm also a Ghost Hunter and I will have the Camcorder on him this evening when he goes to sleep. Thank You....He's 75 years old and totally disabled, I care for him as well as My Mother full time..

It is nice of you to be there for your father. I'm sure this is very helpful for him :)

Being a "Ghost Hunter" may be making him more worrisome when he has bad dreams.  Don't put the camcorder on him, it will just add to his problem.  Just explain that we all have bad dreams, they don't mean anything, it's merely our minds way of cleaning house while we sleep.  The less you make of this, the better.  He needs reassurance that everything is fine, and bad dreams are normal.  Maybe his doctor will prescribe something to help him fall asleep, or put a small TV in his room so that he can fall asleep while watching that, or suggest he read while lying in bed to take his mind off of the dreams.  I think the camcorder will scare him even more.
