My therapist has suggesting journaling.

My therapist suggested that I should write in a journal to help with my anxiety and depression.  I would prefer to keep a journal online.  Has anyone else ever done journaling online and if so what site did you use?  There are lots of them out there and I'm lost in trying to decide which to use.  Thanks.

They have journals here on Medhelp and you can set them to be read publicly, only by friends or privately. I've written what I feel comfortable here and what is appropriate detailing my recovery.

You can journal right here on Medhelp, you can make it private, or you can let people see it.

I just started journaling myself, at the suggestion of my therapist as well, and I am enjoying it. I am doing a written journal though. Hopefully I can track this craziness!
