Nausea and anxiety?

Hi and thank you in advance for reading this.
I have been struggling with chronic constant nausea with no known cause or origin for over a year now. It's there 24/7, and it's taking over my life. I do struggle with anxiety and emetophobia, and my doctors seem to think it is all in my head, but it feels so physical and i just can't shake the feeling that there's something wrong. My question is, can anxiety cause relentless, constant, severe nausea?

It is frequently reported here and in another health site I use as a prominent symptom.  Actually in the other forum, there is a thread for people who have a fear of throwing up....

If you've seen the appropriate specialists...will have to accept that anxiety is the culprit and learn to manage.
