Hi there ms.  Are you sure your symptoms aren't anxiety driven?  It sounds like you got an "a-ok" from your doc...that should be reassuring, right?

Honestly....the kind of allergic reaction you seemed to be worrying about (anaphylaxis) does not happen gradually...it is very fast...usually so fast you don't even realize it is happening.  I'm NOT saying that you aren't having another, more garden-variety allergic reaction...but I honestly feel it is more your anxiety and health anxiety.

Try to not focus so much on your symptoms...how long have you been on the Cymbalta?  Usually, most side effects start to diminish after a week or so, if that's what you're experiencing.  What are you taking the antibiotic for?  Are you almost done with it?

My personal opinion is that your anxiety is most likely exacerbating any minimal side effects of the meds you are taking.  The fact that you just saw your doc is a very good sign.

Hang in there....and try not to focus on your physical sensations so much, okay?  It's so easy to get in that cycle.
