I get a really bad pain in my calf, almost like a cramp, but really deep, I can hardly walk on it, I went to the doc and they could'nt figure it out, went to physical therapy and the same thing, but when I quit stressing out and relaxed. it went away, I notice every time I tense up it comes back. Kinda wierd. It happend to my toes too.
I'm not an expert, but I think anxiety can cause about ANY kind of pain... so, the answer is yes!
