I'm back

Hey there,

I have been away for a couple of days. Went to a week-ends to the casino with some 15 friends and its was awesome and well jus wanted to tell you i'm back and open for questions and that my anxiety is almost gone... Only thing i worry about is the benzo's withdrawal i must go thru..I will do it very slowly to avoid any rebound.

I will do my best to keep answering everyone again.

PS: Everyone should remind that anxiety is very curable and knowledge is power.

For a week now, we have all been like lost little sheep, blind tiny moles burrowing our ignorant way through the sod, but we are saved now.........our light is back and we can see our way to the one true cure..............oh dear, wait a sec, it's only a light bulb, but I CAN see a plate of veggies and a Thigh Master.
