Over the counter either food or meds that help with celexa withdrawals

First of all thanks in advance. This girl I'm seeing kind of forgot to take her Celexa for the past 5 days. Either she was busy or just forgot but now she feels like crap. Her dosage is 10mg. Is there anything I can get her so she can feel better?  Preferably over the counter. You know maybe some food, tea or any over the counter medicine? Or any "household remedy" I can make for her?

Fish oil is said to help with some of the head stuff.  Is she going back on the meds, cause if so it should clear up quickly.

Did she get started back on her meds? If so, the sick feeling should go away in a couple of days. Yes, tea, especially ginger tea will help calm her stomach.
