PLEASE PLEASE READ

I know i should be asking my doctor this but i just can't wait.Today is my 8th day on zoloft and i cut it in half so it's 12.5 instead of 25 miligrams.It's still making me severely dizzy and naseaus and very blurry vision.So i don't think this is the right meds for me i called one of the pharmacist in his opinion he thinks it's not the right med.WILL I HAVE A BAD WITHDRAWL just from taking it for 8 days.I don't think i will take it again.Makes me have worst anxiety than before.Thanks for reading

Make sure what your prescription says about coming off the medication.  I don't recommend cold turkey.  Take a 1/4 tomorrow the. Done

Very unlikely that you will have any withdrawal effect. I mean nearly impossible. You must at least reach the therapeutic effect of the drug to have some withdrawal effects which is at least 3-4 weeks.

Everyone can react differently regarding drugs but like I said it is very unlikely that you will suffer from real withdrawal symptoms. Of course you could have a nocebo effect if you think you are going to get withdrawal effects but from a neurobiological point of view I don't see how you could have any significant withdrawal problems. I think you can stop it right away and you will be doing just fine. Call you pharmacist and ask him what he thinks about stopping it right now.

Anyway I must say that any change in your medications should be addressed with your doctor.
