Panic attack symptoms?

I have been suffering from anxiety for 5 years now.  I also suffer from heart palpitations--I have had all kinds of testing on my heart and it always comes back to anxiety.  Today at work I had several pvc's in a row--lasted maybe 5 seconds--I then had to take an interview(I am a claims rep)--No sooner did I start when I felt very nauseated, I had a warm feeling in the pit of my stomach that moved right up my chest, my face got flushed.  I thought I was going to either throw up or pass out!!!  I had to excuse myself from the interview and go to the bathroom.  My arms felt tight and tingly and I really thought I was going to die!!!  Has anyone else experienced similar symptoms??  If so what have you done to get through the attack.  i ended up not being able to finish my interview and left work early.  In the past I would have gone straight to the ER.  Any suggestions would be appreciated!!  I started taking a B vitamin complex and have cut out all caffine.  Any sugggestions for other helpful supplements?  I should also mention that have been somewhat sleep deprived as I have a one year old!!!  Thanks!!!

Happens to me all the time I have learned I am not going to pass out or die it just feels that way so next I just try and take deep breathes and relax it is very hard in the middle of a panic to do but with a little practice and recognizing what is happening to you you'll figure out what you need to do when the time comes.

well from what you say all test come back fine! GOOD! I can only give feedback on what you write about, You say, "I had several pvc's in a row--lasted maybe 5 seconds", sounds like you are really focusing in on your body,I do the same and have been working on accepting this is a normal body function, keep on with what I am doing.

BUT one big thing is you stated you DID NOT GO TO ER! great for you, really, I can not state enough HOW WE HAVE to give ourselves CREDIT for the good we do in helping ourselves! it takes time thats all I can say, time and work,
