If you are truly concerned why not go to the doc. and ask for a HIV test. Usually it will fully show up within 6 months, but most the time by 1. Then you can be at peace. If you dont want to say you have been with a prostitute I would say something like I just found out a x my have slept with someone who has these things. I know it can be scary but if you are truly concerned then I would go. Also if you are friends with here you may be able to ask her maybe she was recently testes or something. She maybe able to relieve some fears.
I have had HIV test after 3 weeks . Its showed negative . Now after 2 weeks its going to be three months . Then i will take a HIV test . Even though i dont have HIV .its always going on my mind and that feeling is killing me . .

First bring your anxieties to conscious awareness and assess how reasonable they seem. If you decide most of the concerns are a bit (or totally) irrational, see if you can just quietly let them pass?
Controlled breathing, meditation, and other positive relaxation techniques are a few other immediate thoughts.
