Possible Anxiety

I had my first son in September of 2009. I am currently 26 years old. About 2 weeks after having my son I experience an episode of what I can best describe as chest pressure. It lasted about 1 minute if that and then would go away. I also felt lightheaded had to sit down and close my eyes everything around me just kind of blurs out and I lose all focus as to whats going on around me. It happened pretty frequently after that probably once or twice a month but it was never painful just pressure. I have continued having these episodes sometimes once a month or none or sometimes 4 times a month. I don't know what causes it, it comes on out of nowhere. It has even happened as I am driving and most recently was woken up in the middle of the night due to it. Not sure if it is anxiety related or blood pressure related. I will start monitoring my blood pressure now that I have read that it might be that but any help on this topic would be greatly appreciated. Or any other person who has experienced this and could shed some light would help also.

Thanks!!

You need to get a thorough check-up by your doctor and never assume something is anxiety....rule out all other causes first.  Take care.
