Possible Klonopin withdrawal

Hi,I was on 0.5 mg of klonopin last year and was stopped cold turkey and put on xanax i didnt have to much of a problem, but recently after being on klonopin this time since april i was stopped and put on ativan...im having awful anxiety wierd thoughts and dont feel well and it seems like the ativan is not working,i was on 0.5 mg of klonopin and im on 1 mg ativan 3 times aday,im wondering if im having withdrawls from the klonopin,i dont want to go back on it,but i dont see my new dr till sept 23 and i feel like im losing it,,Also would ativan just not work for me>I was on it last year at a lower dose for about 2 months and it helped back then,Im at a loss and have no where to turn,I was in a hospitl thats where i got put on ativan.I did ok the first 2 weeks now im losing it,

definitely speak with your physician first. stat, before doing anything. seriously.

I am sorry that you are having a rough time with these medications.  Has your doctor been switching you on and off these different meds?  Just don't do any of this on your own.  There are withdrawal effects that people can definitely feel when coming off of these types of medications.
