You're welcome and I'm sorry to be so blunt, but when someone gets into HIV anxiety, especially when they've been tested and get negative results but don't believe them............most often it won't matter what we say, or what their doctor says or what the test results prove. But there comes a point when you just have to say "enough, you HAVE to move on."
Because this IS the anxiety forum, we understand that's a whole lot easier said than done. Which is why we recommend therapy to figure out why you have the anxiety to begin with and learn how to deal with that and overcome it.
Getting educated about HIV would end a great deal of anxiety about the risks.
I wish you the best

If you were told on our HIV Prevention Forum that you had no risk, YOU HAD NO RISK!
All your other aches, pains, sore neck, sore arms, sharp, dull pain in your head and the occasions where you just did not feel like yourself........welcome to the "human condition."
Without a doubt, these symptoms are tied into your anxiety. Either get into therapy for your health anxiety or get yourself educated about HIV. Since I don't know what YOU think your exposure was, there isn't much I can tell you to corroborate what Teak or Lizzie have already told you. I can tell you that the more you truly understand how HIV is contracted, if you know what the risks are, then your life, at least in respect to your sexuality, will be a hell of alot more relaxed.
Please don't respond with any "but what if's.........." You've gotten the correct answer already. Any other questions, take to your doctor.
Peace
