Random diarrhea?

I had a random bout of diarrhea around 10pm (it's 2:35 now) and i can't stop worrying about it.
I had a pretty large slurpee from a conveince store and then about a hour or so later my stomach started making noises and it felt like my intestines were on fire. Was it from that?
Im thinking i have ink poisoning from my tattoo that i got yesterday. I haven't gone again. I ate a whole bag of sweet chili heat Doritos but that was 2 days ago so it can't be that? I've had alot of gas as well. My stomach keeps making noises. I havent gone again since but im scared im going too. I usually get diarrhea from the most random things and i do have IBS but my anxiety is making me fear the worst. Ecoli? Ink poisoning? Tapeworm? Im having the worst panic attacks right now. People don't just randomly get diarrhea. It's not healthy. Something's wrong. Help?

I guess it's worth a try. Im supposed to take my serequel before bed but sleep just isn't happening right now.

Can you do anything to take your mind off of it?? Put on a good movie, read a book, write or draw??

These things have helped me through panic attacks,. If you put your concentration into something else,  all these feelings will fade away.

I have no other symptoms. It was just that episode. But now that im having panic attacks, i lost my appetite, i feel flushed and i can't seem to calm down and my anxiety always goes to my stomach.

Take a deep breath and relax.

I've experienced this plenty of times in my life, I have a sensitive stomach.  Anxiety at times goes straight to my stomach.  If it was e. Coli or ink poisoning,  you'd have other symptoms present....maybe your stomach just didn't agree with the syrup in the slurpee?

I'm sure you are perfectly fine,  just try and relax if you can or stay and talk here, I'm up all night lol
