Rushing pressure

I'v had a few episodes of a rushing sensation in my head- lasts afew seconds- could this be a spike in blood pressure?

It is POSSIBLE that if you are experiencing extraordinairily difficult emotions at the times when this happens, such as anger, it could be a spike in your BP that you are feeling. But I am not a doctor and would strongly urge you to speak with one as soon as possible to rule out HBP. Your profile tells us nothing about you and your age would have given us much more to go on in trying to help you.
A rushing sensation could also be many other things............a sinus problem, an inner ear problem............any and all of which would garner you the same advice............see your doctor.
