A personal question.  I'm really impressed with your medical knowledge.  Are you a med student?  Do you work in the medical field?  Studying pharmacology?  Do you have alot of medical issues that you have studied up on?  Just curious.  The answers you have given to me and to others has been so helpful to me.  Since I've been reading the questions and answers posted on this forum since  last Thursday, I have been feeling so much better.  Especially the info you give about klonopin, which I've been taking for three or four weeks now.  It has been a godsend, it has made me a normal person again.  I'm especially comforted by the fact that you said klonopin is alright for long term use.  Makes sense to me since it was orginally intended for epilepsy, which is a chronic condition.  Alot of people look to you for information.  Thank you for being here and sharing your knowledge with us.  I'm sure many others feel the same way.  Carol

I don't believe Ryan is a member here anymore.  If you need to taper off Klonopin, you'll need to do so with your doctor.  We're not permitted to give specific tapering/dosing advice.

How long have you been on Klonopin, and at what dose?

How do I contact Ryan with questions about tapering off klonopin? He seems to be knowledgeable and well respected on this site, yet I have never seen any of his advice.

Hi i just wanted to add that i have been on klonopin for a week and a half now and i feel like i was born again like i have a chance at a new start in my life...i was on xanax for 7 years for panic disorder..and just like that it stopped working i made the transition to klonopin which was a nightmare all my anxiety came back but like ryan said and he was right about everything...i would be thankful in the end..im glad to hear your feel like i am...I also am greatful for ryan i wouldnt have been able to get off the xanax without him...
