What you are saying makes sense....   I know.......I am very tempted to get back on it....will see... i am gonna try to take klonopin 4 times a week instead of 3 and see how it goes first....my sister has been on 0.5mg one pill a day in the morning for 3 years now if not more....never needed to increase the dosage..and doing great....I might do the same......
Thank you  suzy!!!

Would the weight be controlable if you went back on the Lexapro?  If not, listen to your doctor and take the klonopin when you need it.  I know people who are on it 2x a day for at least a year at a time and never developed a tolerance to it.  That is the good thing about Klonopin..the dosage doesn't have to be increased.  So, instead of suffering, I would suggest to "be nice to yourself" like your doctor said and when needed, take an extra.  Hang in there.  I know how difficult this battle is.

Well,he prescribed it to me 3 years along with lexapro,......never really used that much.....I always took them as needed.....cause the lexapro really had helped me alot....but unfortunately I had to quit lexapro cause of the weight gain, and remained on the klonopin alone .....and of course under my dr's supervision...he continously renew my prescription knowing me that I will never abuse it......so I have 60pills a month,1mg,but they last me a long time....as I am using only 3 times a week and 0.5mg instead of 1mg......even lately I was taking less than 0.5mg.....I am a very anxious person, dwell about anything and everything,I dwell about my health,I go the extreme with check ups if I suspext something is wrong with me,I get nauseous,dizzy...and I know it is bad anxiety.....and i know that klonopin is what I need if I cant get back on lexapro.....and my dr is a sweet person,he always tells me,be nice to yourself,it is fine taking klonopin as long I dont abuse it....etc.....it took him a while 3 years ago to convince me to take lexapro.(I had some health problems, not serious really, just a bladder infection that lasted a while with me and caused me too much anxiety and depression and once I started on lexapro and klonopin I was fine and back to normal)....so....that's me and that's my story Suzy.....anxiety runs in my family....it is inherited.....

Thank you Suzy for jumping in.... :)
Well,I agree with that anxiety causes nausea.......but I was wondering does this mean that I need to be taking klonopin more often?I wish I could take more...but I'm too scared.....I'll wait till tomorrow....I havent taken it for 2 days now....and sometimes I take less than 0.5mg....I hate nausea....it just ruins my day....I  might take a phenergan instead...

Micha...just to jump in....I get nausea quite a lot from my anxiety.  I feel it is because those days you aren't taking anything to help calm your nerves.  BEST TO YOU!
