Hi I am diagnosed with anxiety and panic attacks. Recently I have been scared about having depression and trying to kill myself. Im like what if I lose it and do something stupid and get really scared. Before that which is a few days ago I was scared of having a heart attack or some serious illness and had pains in body and  stuff like that, but now I dont care about any pain or dizziness all I care about is about depression and stuff. Everytime I think of what if I lose my mind with depression and kill myself, it scares the hell out of me. Something similar to this has happened to me before and I got over it. But now when I have these intrusive thoughts I get really scared and think the worst. I also know a few symptoms of depression like not liking stuff you use to like doing, so now everytime I listen to music which is something I really like I ask myself do I like it still and feel like I dont anymore and get really scared and think its depression coming in and of course get really scared. I know this sounds stupid but this is how I feel. Is this anxiety? Has anyone ever had this before?

HI , It is so difficult to be where you are at. Hoping for an answer. I think that there is an answer for you. It's so many people now a days are in your state. So many with depression, panic attacks, anxiety, suicidal thoughts. dizziness.. in these days and age, our population has had foods that are altered, non nutritive, and this is how people unknowingly get insufficient amounts of vitamins and minerals that should come from the food we eat. Depression and anxiety could easily come from lack of Magnesium. By increasing Magnesium in your body, your depressive and suicidal ideation should subside and be replaced with relaxed body and mind. It will need time, but it will get better.

There are many kinds of Mg., Magnesium Glycinate is one of the most absorbable forms . its inexpensive and available on line and at Health food stores. Avoid Mg OXIDE this causes diarrhea.

Mg is a mineral that our body needs, its the healthy choice for your anxiety, depression and your other health issues. Please try it.

Search : Magnesium Deficiency and Panic Attacks and learn more for yourself how and why you feel the way you do.

Taking medications causes further depletion of Magnesium. Mg is the natural cure.  It should take a few days to get you rested and feel brighter.. if not right away.
Take care. Keep us posted.

Yes I take meds and therapy, today I talked to my therapist and he said it was just anxiety that got me a little at ease but its still hard to cope with the damn scary thoughts. I still get really scared everytime I think of that and get really scared that what if I actually do it. Even do I dont want to do it. So tiring :/

No it does not sound stupid at all. Many of us here on this forum have had these thoughts.
Since you've been diagnosed have you started therapy and or meds? Therapy can really help. It can help you find out why you're having anxiety and you will also learn coping skills.
