Like on the motorway i get a glimpse of a sign and i see the outline of a human, then when i get an insect on me it then flys off, then 5 minutes later i see another one out the corner of my eye but its nothing...and no matter where it is I always think my mum and dad are shouting out my name to ask me a question?

If you are under a massive amount of stress, that could possibly be the cause of what you're experiencing, but only a doctor is going to be able to tell you for sure.
I haven't seen either of the films you mentioned. For some reason I get the feeling they're scary movies. Maybe I'm too old, but I don't watch that stuff anymore and maybe you should give them a miss for awhile.
