Severe Panic attacks? Seizures ?

Ever since I was a toddler I have had panic attacks. My heart races, I  hyperventilate , crying, but the thing that worries me is when I have an episode, my whole body  clinches and almost vibrates. This happens in pulses. There are no triggers to my 'panic attacks' other than my chronic nausea, and none of my doctors have told me why this happens. I also tend to get visual migraines often. After a panic attack, I can't remember what happened other than I had an episode. However I am responsive and aware of my surroundings during the episodes. Are these seizures? Or just really severe panic attacks? Any answer would be better than what I've gotten my whole life, nothing.

I also somehow forgot to mention an important detail.. My mom said the attacks started when I was dropped on my head from 6 ft up by a guy. My eyes went pinpoint. I was in the hospital for 2 days with a concussion.

See the problem with that, is my mom is an rn (I'm 17). So she's stubborn when it comes to going to doctors. Before I even bring that idea up, I wanted to know if the symptoms sounded like a possible seizure.

I think a doctor would best answer your question. I can imagine your frustration over the issue. when I used to get attacks, I would faint and lose all strength but when I would come to..I always remembered what happened. Yours could be a severe panick attack.. or seizures. But your doctor would tell if you have had an EEG done on your brain.
