This happens to me everyday my breathing goes really slow then fast then my chest start paining me a lot even if i cough or not
I have had this problem as well & wasn't sure how to deal with that. It mainly happens at night time once I lay down in bed. What causes that???
I really don't breath enough sometimes because of my autonomic dysfunction. It will cause me anxiety. I just inhale for 3 seconds, and exhale for 3 seconds.
Hi Bryan, Those are very common symptoms of anxitey I have them alot. Here;s something that will help you. Take in a slow deep breathe to the count of 3 and let it out to the count of 5.This is a common ralaxation technique and will help you get control of your breathing"even if you feel like your not breathing" and bring down a racing heart, and eventually the lightheadness will also go away.Another thing that helps to take notice of what your thinking about. If it's something negetive try to change it to something positive. These do work with practice I hope this helps you.
