Have you been given something to help with the acidity? Zantac and Omeprazol are good. The feeling of acidity makes you anxious? Then taking something to help it would be good.lily

There should be some things you can take for the stomach acidity and constipation.  That feeling of fear you have is usually due to the "fight or flight" response to the anxiety.  You get that adrenaline surge and nothing has happened that you need it for.  Your mind panics and you don't know why.  This type of anxiety can actually make the acid in your stomach increase adding to your original stomach issues.  Deal with the anxiety and the rest could improve with it.

Have they given you any meds for the acidity? I also suffer from stomach problems which also cause me fear and anxiety. Unfortunately no tests have given me a diagnosis as of yet. Generally when I start suffering from my stomach issues I try to distract myself. I do anything I can. Sometimes I end up washing dishes at 1am to keep my mind from focusing on my stomach and anxiety.
