Stress and anxiety

Can stress cause you to have body aches and sometime memory loss also loss of appetite?

Yes for sure anxiety can cause all of those problems. I seem to get the body aches a lot and I think that it's because of being so tense all the time. As far as the memory loss, I seem to get that from the depression that I deal with also. It does seem that depression comes along with anxiety and vise verse for me. I'm so sorry that you're struggling with anxiety but, the way I look at it, if things are harder for you then everything that you accomplish will mean that much more to you.

The short answer  - yes.  If you gooogle the Holmes and Rahl scale, it will show 43 events that causes stress.  If you add up what has occured in the past year, it may determine the need for coping skills before illness will occur.

One year, I had about 6-8 different life changing events happen which led to my anxiety issues including memory loss and loss of appetite.
