Summer time heat

Hello all,
My question revolves around summer heat.  This may not actually have anything to do with anxiety, and I'm concerned it might be a symptom of something else.  I'm a normal, 36 year old man.  I don't smoke and I drink only occasionally (no more than once or twice a month and not to excess).  From late 2012 until January of this year I suffered from what was initially moderate panic attacks, that became really bad panic attacks as time progressed, until earlier this year when I just stopped having them all of a sudden.  Now, I HAD made some lifestyle changes in my diet, and vitamins I take daily now, along with Omega 3 which seemed to help me personally out tremendously with them (again, just my personal experience).  I had been taking Xanax and Paxil that was prescribed to me for the attacks, and that was switched to Ativan and Paxil until I basically pulled myself off it this past January because the benzo's were so addictive.  Now, thats my history up until January of this year.  Since January there have been no prescription meds of any sort, short of an antibiotic I had back in April for a sinus infection. Ive also not had any panic attacks BUT I do still get just horribly jittery in the OUTSIDE HEAT or any heat for that matter.  Summertime has kicked in here in NC with a vengeance and its been nearly 100 degrees for many days and the longer I sit out in the heat, the more jittery I get, like that jittery feeling you get right before a panic attack hit, or at least mine did.  I get so jittery I start hopping around in my seat, moving around, leg shaking and I just can't take it.  And I'm talking only a few minutes in the heat...usually starts after I've been in the heat about 85 degrees for about 5 minutes.  Now, as soon as I'm back inside, in front of air conditioning, out of the summer heat it goes right away.  Is there some connection between summer time heat and panic attacks??  Is this a possible symptom of something else??  I've googled like crazy and can find nothing...its always "panic attacks and hot flashes" or something like that.  Mind you, I never go into a full on attack, or haven't yet, but its like the heat is taking me right to the edge of one and just dangling me there.  Its so frustrating too because its so hot here right now and if you want to do absolutely anything you have to go out in it.  I was thinking maybe this was maybe a sign of some kind of thyroid problem too, but maybe not.  Any ideas??  If anyone needs more specific information Id be glad to give it, just let me know.  Thanks for your time reading this.
