Sweaty palms?

I am 14 years old, and my hands sweat, I guess it's because im nervous,
but its really embarassing and I wanna get rid of it. I have tried antipersperant and rubbed it on my hands, but it doesnt seem to work. Is there any way that I can keep my hands cold and dry instead of warm and sweaty???
Everyone I know has cold and dry hands, why can't i?!?! Please help me!

Have you talked to your parents about this? Maybe you should go see your Dr. about this. I know when I started feeling anxious, I would get sweaty palms and feet. In your case it can be different, apperently there is something that's causing your hands to sweat when you're nervous or anxious. Take notes or on a journal to see when and at what time it's happening to present to your Dr. Even if it's at school or at home, write down when it's happening where are you at and what are you doing at the time it's happening to you. I think that would help describe what's causing this to you. Good luck and I hope it gets better. Yes, I agree w/Lily, no one else notices it, but you.

Ive been told botox in the hands can help, yes I know expensive! Also if you work on what causes your nervousness it might get less. And to put your mind at ease;people hardly ever notice these things.Lily
