Help

I'm having a problem right now. Ok so about an hour ago I started feeling a rush go throughout my chest and my arms, it felt like fight or flight and so I had a problem breathing. My Chest felt like it had pressure and it was so hard to breath. So that finally went away. Now I have pain on my left side of my ribs and I have this really really wired feeling going on in my chest, feels like idk.

Yes it is very hard to do, but I will get my mind right again :) I'm going to try my best to even forget what I was scared of. I wanna be normal so I have to fight for it. And your right there's nothing wrong with me i'm 18 And I know that I'm ok :) I just need to not be scared of all the anxiety coming back on me again. And I'm sure I will be well :) thank you

It isn't a simple task to deal with something you aren't supposed to think of because normally we confront problems to solve them. Anxiety is different as you see, because it is best fought by sort of running away.
If you can't get over it you can always ask your doc for some short term relief, like Ativan which lasts maybe 8 or more hours. It is not recommended if you have long term issues, but since you recognize your fears are baseless it might be what you need to give yourself a few breaks until it is over.

I do believe there's nothing wrong with me. When I get pain I say it's just anxiety and it will pass. But when I'm happy I just get scared of it coming back on me and I get scared of being scared like I'm afraid that I will never stop being scared of it coming back on me. I'm not scared of the pains I'm just not wanting the scared feelings to come back on me. Like I can handle the pains a lot better than I can handle not being my self and being scared of nothing.

If you can believe there is nothing wrong with you the symptoms will disappear and you will forget to think about it any more. The question is, do you trust all the docs who have tested you, or do you think the docs aren't able to do their job?
Some people are wired differently and can't escape from anxiety so it is not possible to do this. Good luck and write back - on this thread.

Thank you. And yes I do believe its all anxiety :) thanks for telling me that all the feelings I'm feeling is typical with anxiety. I'm not scared of the pain anymore. The only thing that I'm going through right now and have been for a little over a week. Is I'm scared of being scared. Like having fear of fear. I know it sounds stupid but it's what happens and I can't feel myself also every time I'm happy, being scared comes right after. But on the other hand I'm not scared of the pains anymore :)

All those feelings are typical anxiety. You become so worried that something is wrong that you start over-analyzing your body and start keeping track of what you think are "symptoms.".
Every little pain starts to make you wonder what causes it, but in fact these things happened before you were anxious and you didn't notice them then, because you weren't thinking there was something wrong with you.
Of course it gets scary, because you are wondering what is wrong. It wasn't scary before, because you knew there wasn't a problem, and ignored an odd ouch or tingle.
What you are calling idk is just overactive worrying, which creates more worrying. See if you believe what I wrote, then if you do, does it help make them go away knowing that the pains are just phantoms?

The idk part is the part I could not explain. And I had my heart checked in November of last year because I started having anxiety in Oct. from 3 tragic things. They said all was well and everything's perfect. I've also been to my dr. May times and had my blood pressure checked and everything was fine.  And I have came out of anxiety I'm just having some setbacks from all that my body has went through. And just sometimes it gets scary. Like it will feel like there is needles poking me In my chest and arms. And my back and head thumping.

I see you have been posting about anxiety since Feb 1. It would help if you keep it all together on one thread for future, so anyone looking at your post can get a more complete picture. You might consider copying the previous stuff on this thread, if you think it is relevant.

What is idk?
If you feel like a heavy weight pressing on your chest you might want to call the hospital, as that could be a heart attack. The rest of your symptoms could be pruely from anxiety, which I presume you have a problem with since you posted to the anxiety forum. My hospital has a nurse who answers problems like a helpline so people don't have to waste time going if there is nothing wrong with them, however the pushing feeling on your chest is not something to ignore and can't be dealt with here.
