As PM19 suggested, drink lots of water. I carry my water bottler everywhere, always leave one in the car and sip H2O during the day at the office.
Yeah i used to get that feeling in the beginning when anxiety first started happening in my life. I have no idea how to help it go away because it just away on its own for me but my anxiety got worse...
Just drink lots of water & relax... occupy yourself with things that get your mind off of the feeling
Most of the day yes...I get up at 3:30 am and till about 5:30 am, I'm fine cause everyone is sleeping. It gets a lot worse during the day, sometimes it's so bad I have trouble speaking. Well...speaking anxiety overall, but that's another story.
Taking Xanax usually helps, or Klonopin

Yes, I do have that feeling as well. I also feel like someone's choking me and I'm not able to make a sound. I'm sure it's anxiety related....
