Tingles

Well hello tingle group I am here because I have been having burning skin on my arms around my back and sometimes down my arm. Then I will get a tight feeling in my head like squeezing. Also my brain feels like it's burning. What in world? I have been to Dr.s and have had blood tests and ct scan also have digestive problems.  Sometimes it feels like my brain is asleep like when you foot falls asleep that feeling. I guess my question is could this all really be just from ANXIETY and stress? Has anyone had this?  Could I have a food allergy?Oh my heavenly days it is aweful. I am telling you the strength you must have to go throuh this goes beyond anything.  Man oh man oh man!  Well God bless you all and I am thankful for this forum.  We all need to be here for each other!

GOD BLESS

Yes this is shingles.  you can make this go dormant - you must go on anti shingles protocol.  Stay away from eggs and dairy which feed all viruses.  Eat wild blueberries, coconut, papaya, red-skinned apples, pears artichoke, bananas, sweet potatoes, spinach, asparagus, etc.  Take magnesium, ALA, MSM, B12 (as adenosyl and methyl cobalimin), lobelia, feverfew, california poppy, zinc, L-lysine, selenium, nettle leaf.

This really is a wonderful forum with wonderful caring people.
I'm not sure if what you're having is anxiety or not. Anxiety does come with a very long list of possible symptoms, which I'm sure you already know. I've had anxiety for more than 30 years and have had some really strange symptoms at times.
You make a valid point about allergies. It could be a food allergy, pollen, mold, something like that. Have you thought about seeing an allergy specialist?
