Misery loves company, and it's comforting when you can talk with someone who knows what you're going through or some who has been there. Anyone who hasn't suffered through anxiety can't fully appreciate what you're going through, and often times they just think you're overreacting or just flippin nuts. It's almost like a sigh of relief when you can speak with others who know what it's like to be peeled off the ceiling anytime they think they've got a terminal illness or think they've having a stroke or heart attack.
thats so true, i have a awesome hubby who has been there for me for 28 years i dont have anxiety much anymore because i have someone who listens to me . helps me get throught it. it means more than drugs to have someone sit with you or hold you and let you know they are there for you . everyone needs a good support person it makes all the difference in getting over it or being house bound rest of your life.
