What are the best remedies for anxiety burps?

I'm Jeff and I'm 20 years old.  I have a beautiful girlfriend and I'm a soon to be Psychology/Philosophy student in Chicago but unfortunately, anxiety runs in my family and it's been passed onto me.  For quite some time I've been plagued with this and I'm sure everybody here knows how incredibly uncomfortable it can be.  My breathing is awkward and it seems like everyday I'm increasingly more aware of my heart and that it isn't beating properly.  I get these annoying burps deep in my stomach that i have a hard time getting out.  It's virtually impossible to do quietly so my friends and family are always complaining about how gross it sounds...And considering they're coming from deep in my stomach they don't sound like typical burps.  I don't know how many of you get these burps so you may be thinking why don't i just wait for them to come out naturally.  And the answer to that is that the pressure in my chest and stomach is extremely irritating and forcing out the gas seems to be the only thing that relieves the pressure...I'm sure my job doesn't help much as it is a very high stress run around job at a restaurant.  Very often i get overstimulated there and need to take a breather and recuperate in the bathroom.  So i guess for those of you that have this same burping issue, what are the best remedies you know of?  Besides that i suppose it'll just be nice to hear that other people have to deal with these types of problems too...i hope someday soon i can overcome all of this and be happy again...

Weed usually makes anxiety worse, at least for me it did.
SSRIs and alike do have a tendency to make anxiety worse at first, and have some crappy side effects too, but it gets better after about a month or 2 when your body adjust to it.
Usually a DR will prescribe you a mild sedative "benzo" or buspar to counteract the side effects during the break in period.
It also matter what brand name, or generic you get "the DRs will tell you it doesnt" but it does, Ive noticed that when I changed where I get my generic prozac, I get all these stomach cramps and stuff now, so now I have to change back..or suck it up and pay 144.00 per prescription of Name brand.
Maybe gas x would help?
Have you ever been checked for GERD or any stomach problems before?

also...i wanted to add that i was reading up on anxiety medications and supposedly in some people the medications can actually intensify your symptoms and i'm worried that may be the case for me because in places like california where medical marijuana is legal they will prescribe it for anxiety and in my case, smoking weed actually makes my anxiety much worse so i dunno..
