advice needed (breathing body cold problems)

Hi there... I'm not sure if this problem is classed as anxiety so I apologise in advance if this is posted in the wrong place..

I'm from UK and my fiancee is from Philippines. . This is the 2nd time I have watched her take an attack/seizure whatever it is I'm not sure.. basically she gets super cold body shivering.. she then has to wear extra layers of clothing.. her body shakes so bad and then her fists clench and she says she can't feel any part of her body.. when I hold her she feels super hot all except her hands which very surprisingly are cold..  she describes the feeling like her whole body has pins n needles I'm not sure if this term is used worldwide, like tingling.. she's had blood tests before but nothing came up in the results.. I'm taking her back to a doctor tomorrow and will be asking for this to be looked into further.. the whole episode lasts about 20-30 minutes and is very scary to watch...

I just hope someone here knows what the problem can be or if maybe someone somewhere has experienced something similar..

The in advance !!

may be panic attack as i know that feeling too well but culd have other problems going on any more symtoms ?

when i had panic attacks my number 1 symtoms was
breathing problems
heart racing
coldness
uncontrollable shaking
tingling

but my hands are always like ice cold ! with or without panic attack she could have anemia ?
best to get checked out by a doctor anyways just i would not mention panic attacks until a doctor does or she belives it is because its not always the best idea as sometimes brushed off from my experience now i have real problems they are all anxiety and panic !

Sounds like it con be a panic attack. I have numbness and tingling in various parts of my body during an attack. That comes from my shallow quick breathing/ or holding my breath ( I do both ).I would suggest getting checked over by a doctor then go from there. Best of luck to her.
