My fingers get numb and felt shocks going through them

Today I was having a huge argument with my family and I was literally yelling so much on the top of my lungs. When I did it my finger tips felt numb and tingly. I'm so scared what is that? Does that mean I'm going to die of a stoke or something :( please respond someone

normally tingling in your hand fingers feet and toes are a sign that your hyperventaling.
you need a healthy amount of CO2.
when you breathe out too much carbon dioxide.  those balances are thrown off. which causes the tingling in your fingers and hands
I get it all of the time bcos of my anxiety.
its nothing to worry about unless its constantly there.
then see your gp
but to me you sound like you used a lot of breath shouting and the afterr math caused your fingers to tingle.
