Why do I rub and pick at my nose so much?
My nose itches constantly and I pick at it as soon I a feel snot. Its like relief when I pull something out. I feel like my sense of smell has diminished because of this. I rubbed it so much one day I had a red blood vessel appear on the surface of the skin. My dad used to do this a lot and I fear I just picked up the habit from him.
Well, this is your own quirk. We all have them. Do you feel it is some sort of compulsion? I'm not really sure what is anxiety related to this.
