Zoloft interaction with L-Tyrosine or SAMe

I am taking a small dose of Zoloft 12-25 mg daily. The normal dose is 100 but I find it difficult everytime I try to get off it. Are there any studies with substituting Tryosine or SAMe while trying to get off of zoloft? I cannot cold turkey the zoloft without withdrawel effects.  Would I have to gradually add these and take simultaneously with Zoloft? Is it safe to take one or both of these with zoloft? If so, what dosage?  Also, is it safe to take zoloft while taking natural harmones ( cream)?

Serotonin syndrome is also known as serotonin sickness, serotonin storm, serotonin poisoning, hyperserotonemia, or serotonergic syndrome  if you want to further research this.

Zoloft is an SSRI serotonin re-uptake inhibitor- you should NOT take same-e or 5htp with these type of drugs, or you risk a dangerous condition called serotonin overload which can be fatal. Never take zoloft with any MAO inhibitor as well.
Do not take tyrosine either, as Zoloft (Sertraline) also acts as a dopamine reuptake inhibitor.

You must gradually withdrawal from zoloft before using any other serotonin and dopamine boosting drugs or amino acid supplements.

It is NOT safe to take these while withdrawing from Zoloft. You are just going to have to gradually reduce your dose and get off the zoloft before taking any of those amino acid supplements.
