hi kathy: here is a link to a site that is for anxiety and stress. And it can be fun----it is easy----and most important has been shown to work. You have to copy and paste---sorry----i am not very computer savvy. You can also google relaxation response for a whole bunch of interesting places.
I really hope you can find some help kathy omhome

No I dont really have allergies, I am thinking it could be stress related anxiety. Thanks for the info. and advice.Have a great day!
Have no idea about the twitching, but the headaches sound like sinus. Meditation, by the way, can be very helpful with headaches from anxiety, if that is what it is. But again, it sounds like sinus. Do you have allergies?
Thank You for the information, makes me feel better. My doctor prescribed Xanax for my anxiety.I have thought about counseling or support group. I used to go to the gym to exercise to relieve some stress but lately been scared of having panic attack in front of other people.
I've started having panic attacks when I was 19, I am now 34. I take zoloft for mine and I also have xanax to take as needed. I am on a very low dose of both because I am not a big fan of meds BUT... since you know there are not physical reasons for your symptoms, you can very well believe they are coming from anxiety. Has your doc talked to you about how to treat your anxiety? Meds, therapy, psychiatrist etc?
I find working out helps mine alot as does yogo and meditation. I love doing both of those. I also found a therapist that I LOVE. Guided imagery is wonderful and can really help you to relax :)
