advice needed......

I have been having a feeling of pressure or fullness in my ears and headaches in the top of my head.I had my doctor look in my ears,he said no signs of an ear infection,he also said he thought my headaches were caused by muscle spasms in my face and head.I have been having a twitching feeling in my left eye.I also had a ct scan done on my head, doctor said ct was fine.no abnormalities.I have severe panic attacks and anxiety when my head begins to hurt and i feel it getting worse my blood pressure goes up high and it really scares me.could my eye twitching be a muscle spasm and can you have muscle spasms in your scalp /head?what causes them? stress????please can you offer some medical advice????Thanks.

I have had my left lower eyelid twitching for 3 weeks now and it won't stop. My doc isn't worried either. You know the biggest reason for twitching is stress? Seriously... Stress. All that anxiety etcis causing you much stress and it makes your muscles tighten even when you don't realize it. Anxiety plays havoc on our bodies and manifest itself in so many different ways.

I've started having panic attacks when I was 19, I am now 34. I take zoloft for mine and I also have xanax to take as needed. I am on a very low dose of both because I am not a big fan of meds BUT... since you know there are not physical reasons for your symptoms, you can very well believe they are coming from anxiety. Has your doc talked to you about how to treat your anxiety?  Meds, therapy, psychiatrist etc?

I find working out helps mine alot as does yogo and meditation. I love doing both of those. I also found a therapist that I LOVE. Guided imagery is wonderful and can really help you to relax :)

Have no idea about the twitching, but the headaches sound like sinus.  Meditation, by the way, can be very helpful with headaches from anxiety, if that is what it is.  But again, it sounds like sinus.  Do you have allergies?
